The detailed clauses below cover the boring-but-important bits — billing, what's allowed, what isn't, and what happens if something goes sideways. By using guruiptv.online or any Guru IPTV subscription, you're saying you've read these Terms and you're cool with them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Guru IPTV provides access to a curated library of live TV channels and video-on-demand content delivered over the internet ("IPTV service"). Service is provided on a subscription basis with the following plans available:

  • Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription options.
  • 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers.
  • A free 24-hour trial available once per account.

Channel availability, content, and features may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

3. Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your credentials with third parties. Each subscription is for personal, household use only.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency). We do not store your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase date unless cancelled.
  • You will receive a reminder email before renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support via WhatsApp or our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a 24-hour money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may:

  • Stream content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
  • Use the service in your household on the number of simultaneous connections permitted by your plan.

You must not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or access to the service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
  • Attempt to circumvent any geo-restrictions or security measures.
  • Record, capture, or store any content from the service for redistribution.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or overloads our servers or network infrastructure.

Violation of prohibited use terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through our service is owned by or licensed to the respective content providers. Guru IPTV does not own the broadcast content. All website design, code, and branding is the property of Guru IPTV.

7. Disclaimers & Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Internet connectivity issues on your end.
  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
  • Events outside our control (force majeure).
  • Channel provider outages or content licensing changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guru IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guru IPTV, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of your current billing period, and these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and will refresh the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
